It’s been the case for at least 6 weeks now. I contacted Ava many times but no response at all ### 1/5 — Glitchy *2025-08-29, version 1.21.1* When you click on a day it jumps to the day to the left of it. This app needs major updates ### 1/5 — Horrible customer service *2025-05-07, version 1.21.1* I bought two devices and both stopped working. When the second device stopped working after 2 months I reached out to customer service. They sent me on a wild goose chase of troubleshooting tasks, even though it was clear that the device was nonfunctional/hardware issue. And when I would do their task they would send new ones. After 25 emails back and forth they have still not sent me a new device. Trash company.
