AVA generates weekly Meal Plans taking into account not only personal preferences and restrictions, but also the necessary elements of modern life style such as eating out at restaurants or grabbing an on-to-go meal from a supermarket when you are in hurry.

Set your personal meal plan by marking a schedule of when you plan to cook a home recipe, grab a prepared meal, dine out, or even skip a meal. Our AI algorithm then builds a highly personalized meal plan to fit your goals building off of your allergy and restriction settings as well as your eating patterns. Our recipe database is extensive and features tens of thousands of items from dozens of cuisines to make sure there is always an option to fit to your taste. 

Connect with trained coaches and dietitians to get past a plateau and be held accountable to your goals. 

Review your progress within the app via charts, summaries and personalized assessments. 

Track food consumption outside of your meal plan by free-form text, taking pictures, or scanning barcodes.

I downloaded the application, it let me setup a new account and pick a password, however I didn’t have a four digit code. I tried to bypass that, then I received the message that it was in beta and full. Okay fine, it then tells you to select to join the waitlist! You can’t.  So disappointing.

This app really helps you find out about what you're eating, the nutritional value, and your eating habits. The nutritionist through the app are very helpful and provide fast and useful insight into losing weight and staying healthy.
