If they use these tactics to get you, can you believe anything they say?? I have a screenshot. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in, crew trial not working *2026-06-25* I logged in the app, decided not to use it’s because I couldn’t delete categories. When I bulk upload receipts it did not track then. I thought I had a free trial but it’s charged my card $52.00. Tried to get a refund from Apple, denied. Especially I was looking for a receipt scanner and expense tracker and AVA Receipt solves my problem. They also let you customize the exported data columns for Excel and CSV! Best receipt organizer. ### 2/5 — Can’t trust it *2026-02-28* I uploaded and categorized my 2025 receipts, once app was updated all of my first half of 2025 for specific folders disappeared. I also compared the total amount per expense given by the report option to what every single expense under specific categories would add up to, and amounts do not match. I triple checked my additions and I got the same amount, so that tells me I can’t truly trust the report data generated by this app. I can deal with that, but having 6 months of 2025 disappear on me is truly disappointing, I was hoping to get more of this app given the fact that I already paid for the yearly premium. **Developer response:** Hi there, First of all, I’m really sorry to hear this.
