Easy enough to order. Tracking was a bit inaccurate and on the first try the taxi "arrived" but wasn't there, and then cancelled the pick up cos we weren't ready. Second and third time was accurate, but had to keep opening the app the check progress - all notifications were by text, which weren't received as I only had wifi and no phone signal.
