## What is Avadon 3?

Avadon 3: The Warborn is a huge, old-school, indie fantasy role-playing adventure, the conclusion of the epic Avadon trilogy. You are a Hand of Avadon, warrior and spy, judge and executioner, with nearly unlimited power to fight the enemies of your homeland. Your word is Law. However, your lands have been invaded. Barbarians and monsters are rampaging through your home, and you are the only one who has a way to stop them. 

Avadon 3: The Warborn is an epic, retro adventure in an enormous and unique world. Choose from five different character classes, each with dozens of unique spells and abilities. Explore cunning dungeons, hunt for hundreds of magical artifacts, and pass judgment on your enemies (or just people you don’t like). Avadon 3 features many different endings. Will you save your people or betray them? Follow orders or claw for more power? We leave those decisions for you.

A great conclusion to the trilogy. Lots of new places to explore, returning to the Corruption with few surprises, and as always, with Spiderweb, an amazing story that kept me glued, once again, to my iPad!

Seriously, they may not be considered masterpieces in the visual context but, you will be hard pressed to find greater masterpieces of storytelling, mechanics, gameplay, and re-playability, on iOS or otherwise, than you will get with the games made by Spiderweb Software.  This game is absolutely no exception.  In fact, all releases by Spiderweb are insta-buys by me.

While it helps to have played the other versions, it is not necessary to enjoy this game. It is very playable and the story and decisions are interesting. Game play is fun while a little challenging at times. I strongly recommend the game.

Spiderweb Software makes the best story driven RPG's that I ever played. If you like old school fantasy RPG's like Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale, Avernum, and Dungeons of Chaos on iOS, then this game is for you!

Several hours of open gameplay from one of the most consistently great, independent game developers out there. 

About half way through and the writing and plotting has been top notch as always with Spiderweb games. 

If you've played the prior Avadon games, you'll know what to expect. If not, start with the first, Black Fortress, and prepare to get hooked.

One minor quibble with this version of he game - enemies titles appear below them when you tap and hold, making it difficult to see and read them. They should appear above.
