## What is Avant Garde by MDRN?

Avant Garde by MDRN is a private writing studio for authors who want structure, atmosphere, and export readiness on iPhone and iPad.

Draft chapters, shape long-form manuscripts, switch color-tuned writing rooms, and keep reusable story prompts in a local Prompt Vault. On iPad, Avant Garde expands into a split-view writing desk with Magic Keyboard shortcuts. On iPhone, it becomes a compact drafting companion for edits, review, and idea capture.

Use text-to-speech to listen back to your draft in Commute Mode, review pacing, and catch awkward passages away from the desk. Export tools help prepare manuscript files for common publishing workflows, including KDP-style HTML and EPUB-oriented output.
