On my Apple IPhone when I swipe up on the application window to close the application, it takes my screen brightness to zero.

I am able to login with a browser but it fails repeatedly on the app. I have a balance I cannot access to use at the kiosk. Horrible app design. Doesn’t autofill email from saved passwords on Apple wallet either.

The slowest most buggy app for paying. It messes up screen brightness, freezes, won’t let you auto-reload, takes multiple attempts to reload funds, and it is generally easier to pay with a card or Apple pay at the kiosk.

This app is trash. I can never add a new payment method due to internal server error. Also why does my screen go black every time im using it. Fix your app already, it’s been years

This app is filled to the brim with the most basic of issues. Why would you trust it to facilitate a transaction when its designers don't even know not to put white text on a white background? I reloaded my balance only to find that my kiosk cannot scan the app's barcode display. So I tried linking my account to a physical card. Once completed, I paid with the card and discovered the card has its own separate balance, and I just paid for nothing. I want a refund.
