Trip planning shouldn't take three apps: route in one, budget in another, documents in your inbox. Avare keeps the whole trip in one place — and now you can plan it together with friends.

Avare is a trip planner designed for multi-stop travel. Use it without an account: your trips stay on your device and work offline. Sign in when you want to plan with others.

One trip, many cities. Each stop has its own dates, budget and currency: Istanbul → Kosovo (€200) → North Macedonia (12,000 MKD) → Istanbul. The city picker works fully offline — 32,000+ cities on your device.


• PER-STOP BUDGET, TWO-TAP EXPENSES

A separate currency per stop, manual exchange rates (works mid-flight), totals in your home currency. Cash vs. card split so you know what's actually left in your wallet. Big number pad, six categories, optional receipt photo.


• DOCUMENTS — BORDER-READY

Passport, visa, tickets, reservations, insurance in one place. Fully offline PDF and photo viewer; landscape lock for QR codes at the gate. Expiry warnings for passports and visas.


• PACKING LIST

Templates by trip type (city, beach, winter, business) plus your own items. Categorized checklist with progress on your trip hub: "14 of 20 packed."


• TRIP JOURNAL & GALLERY

Block-based notes (headings, lists, quotes, images) and a trip photo gallery. When you're back, everything is in one place: total spend, category breakdown, memories.


• ACCOUNTS ARE OPTIONAL

No ads, no tracking, no data selling. Used alone, nothing leaves your device. Only trips you open to sharing are stored on our server — your photos and documents are never uploaded. Export your data as spreadsheet files any time, and delete your account from inside the app.

Accounts are still optional. Planning alone works exactly as before: offline, on your device.
