As a former D1 Sprinter in college, being able to track and monitor the way I train has always been of huge importance. AVARON provides you with data and insight that is super valuable to athletes trying to make it to the next level. This app has allowed me to continuously improve the way I train and recover. I highly recommend this app to any athlete or coach trying to elevate their performance.
