If you search something and have to go back to the previous screen, it takes you all the way back to the main screen. App is generally okay, and can be used with inconveniences. It’s the service that is absolutely terrible. They will take hours to deliver the food. When it is delivered, there’s no standard. All the food might be dumped into a paper bag or food might be leaking into the main shopping bag. I ordered two or three items on many occasions and all of those orders were packed into one packaging on multiple times. My last order of a coffee and a pancake was smashed into each other and delivered as a blob of food. Generally, it’s a terrible service and not worth using. Most restaurants do free deliveries now. The core issue began with a serious error made by one of their partner restaurants, Meze, regarding my food allergy information. This not only posed a health risk but also caused a great deal of stress. When I attempted to resolve the issue, I was met with a refusal to refund by Meze. What exacerbates the problem is Avaz’s stance on this matter. By allowing the restaurant to continue its operation without addressing such a critical error, Avaz is indirectly endorsing this negligent behavior. This experience has highlighted a significant concern about the reliability and safety standards upheld by Avaz and its partner restaurants. The lack of accountability and proper customer service in situations that involve health risks is alarming. I had expected a platform like Avaz to enforce higher standards, especially when it comes to handling issues as serious as food allergies. Unfortunately, this incident has significantly diminished my trust in their service. There is no way to give drivers a rating. Some drivers are very quick and some will pick up several other orders before coming to deliver the food.
