The free app zener that participant downloads NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!

I really enjoy this trick, but sometimes the app does not respond at all. I keep waiting, waiting, and waiting, but it just doesn’t respond at all. Not just the first mode, MC mode too. I hope there is a video tutorial to guide me to the right way to perform. If there is a bug, please fix it ASAP! Thank you
