Tries to request your contact list for data mining. Cluttered and inefficient to use. Relatively over all poor experience and i relegate it to voice mail and emergency phone use from data sources like wifi ### 1/5 — Junk *2022-06-02, version 22.1.21* Don’t waste your time ### 2/5 — Great app, but bad glitch *2025-11-12* The app functionality is great overall, but it has one really bad glitch. Often, when I make calls, the app does not switch to the normal active call page (where one would normally see “speaker”, “mute”, “end call”, etc. buttons). I am unable to hang up calls when this happens, and if I receive someone’s voicemail, I have to put my phone in airplane mode, close the app, and then reconnect to internet to end the phone call. Once this glitch is fixed, this app will get 5 stars. ### 2/5 — not user friendly! *2024-11-04* I use this app to meet w clients virtually and confidentially BUT they require account creation AND their homepage or whatever you call it has no bc “create account” option for my clients. I googled it to which there were 0 results. huge pain ### 2/5 — Disappointing - no Apple CarPlay *2023-01-24* It’s disappointing that even Microsoft Teams integrates but Avaya doesn’t. Does not provide true mobile functionality for business to service client requirements. ### 2/5 — Works horribly on iPhone *2022-08-04* Last IOS update removed the ability to make calls on WIFI and using cellular data. The most recent IOS update removes the ability to make a call at all. ### 4/5 — Dark Mode? *2020-07-05* This app is amazing, the only thing I am looking for is a black dark mode to take advantage of my iPhone’s OLED display. This would be amazing as I prefer dark mode over light mode, and I am sure many more people do as well. I would make it so the theme is dependent on the person’s iOS theme and the ability to switch between the two in the app settings. Thank you for the new service! ### 5/5 — AVAYA ON MY SIDE *2025-11-12* The call features are explained clearly and gives me several options for handling calls and messages. Labeling unknown callers and identifying potential SPAMMERS. The dashboard works well. I only use on my business account but would be super helpful for my personal account as well. 🤟🏽 ### 5/5 — Watch notifications *2023-12-11* The ability to turn on watch notifications would be a great feature to develop. And it actually works!! ### 5/5 — Great Tool *2020-12-03* With COVID lockdowns in full swing I switched off my hard phones at my office, and moved to the cloud based phone system. It has given the team more flexibility, it has contributed to keep them safe and it has provided them with a host of easy to use features they would not have made use of with our office based phone system I love the broadcast feature which allows all of us to drop messages and thoughts on the go. Like everything, nothing is perfect so on occasion, when WIFI is not as strong as it should be the audio can get patchy. But that would happen on a regular call on a regular provider. For the business owner this is a really cost effective solution that reflects the changing way businesses are operating in 2020. Hope you find this helpful. And be safe!
