Nous avons ouvert un ticket auprès de notre revendeur, qui assume que c’est un problème récurrent et qu’Avaya ne fait rien pour le résoudre. It used to work well, but I have recently been forced to “upgrade” (delete and re-add the app as per my employer) and now I cannot receive any calls from my forwarded office phone. The app glitches out all the time and the only way to correct it is to fully delete it off your phone and re-download it. This app causes me so much anxiety in my workday than anything else.
