They didn’t include any instructions on how to set up an online account, access my balance, or manage payments. Their website is completely useless, there’s no clear option to create an account or get access to my credit card details. How do they expect customers to use their services without any guidance? No emails, no welcome packet, nothing! I tried looking for help, but there’s no proper support available. This is unacceptable for a bank in 2025. If I could give zero stars, I would.
