L’applicazione non funziona, devo riconfigurare l’impianto su ave cloud e non riesco perché questa app non si apre, va in crash immediatamente. Ho provato anche a disinstallarla e reinstallarla senza alcun risultato.

Questa app neanche si apre, quindi Alexa è inutilizzabile. È tutto molto complesso e macchinoso, invece che facilitare la vita, la peggiorate! La vostra “domotica” è pessima, come potete vendere servizi così scadenti?

Just downloaded the app but it closes immediately on opening, doesn’t get passed the splash screen. Contacted Ave but no response. iPhone 14 iOS 17.5.1.

Not sure if it’s an unmaintained app, out of service, or no longer used. Hopefully hear back from Ave soon.

Ho installato L’app su iphone 13 e non parte nemmeno…va subito in crash!! Pessima, ora come posso collegarmi ad Alexa se l’applicazione non funziona??

App davvero pessima. Ha funzionato per 1 mese e adesso non c’è più verso di associare la domotica ad Alexa. App obsolete con grafica di 100 anni fa!

Mi spiace molto dare una recensione negativa, ma l’app non si avvia più. Ho installato e reinstallato l’app più volte, ma non si riesce più a collegare la Domotica con i vari Google Home, Alexa… Nessun supporto da Ave, nessuna indicazione di obsolescenza dell’app. La domotica di Ave ha grossissime potenzialità, ma inesplorate. Spero che ci sia qualcosa di nuovo in sviluppo

Le vostre app fanno vomitare, inutilizzabili con grafiche e funzionalità anteguerra. Il citofono funziona mezza volta su 100, se disgraziatamente si dissocia Alexa per riassociarle occorrono 2 app di ave che sono inutilizzabili e la cui procedura non funziona. Vuoi assistenza remota devi avere un pc Windows a casa perché se hai un Mac non si può fare.
Questo impianto mi è costato come un suv di lusso ma potendo tornare indietro sceglierei assolutamente altri marchi.

Un valore aggiunto della domotica residenziale.
L’inconveniente maggiore e’ che non riesce a comunicare correttamente con “l’apri-scendi” delle finestre/tapparelle nonostante i comandi vengono inviati anche tramite scenari.
Inoltre l’app si blocca e bisogna attendere qualche giorno per riutilizzare il sistema vocale.
