To avoid bombarding you with reminders on day one, we made a one-off change: anything more than three days past its due date, and anything undated you set aside more than four days ago, will not trigger a reminder. All of it is still in Later. Older threads that seem like they belonged in Bookmark because no action was needed from you were automatically moved there.
