## What is Avela?

Avela is a private, gentle journal for days when your thoughts feel crowded — and for moments you want to remember.

Talk or type in your own words. Avela helps you reflect on what happened, notice patterns across your entries, and consider one small, optional idea that fits the context you shared.

WITH AVELA, YOU CAN

• Record a check-in by voice or text
• See the transcript while you speak and edit it before saving
• Choose how the day felt without scores or judgment
• Receive a concise, personal reflection
• Notice changes and recurring themes over time
• Build a personal map through short questions and tests
• Set gentle reminders that follow your rhythm
• Keep your journal and profile encrypted on your device

Avela is designed to listen first. Its ideas are optional, its language is supportive, and your personal map can change as you do.

PREMIUM

Avela Premium includes voice journaling with transcription, personal AI reflections, deeper patterns, the personal map, and tests. Weekly, monthly, and annual auto-renewable plans are available. Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by region. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

Avela supports reflection and wellbeing. It does not provide a diagnosis, medical advice, crisis response, or a replacement for professional care.
