Trying to upgrade seats, the app turns to a white screen. Their flights always depart on time, which is a major plus. However, customer service is a major drawback. It is extremely difficult to reach a representative by phone due to very long wait times, making support feel almost unavailable. If an issue cannot be solved through the app or website, you are largely on your own. I have been trying to update something as simple as my email address but have been unable to reach an agent. Calling support often results in queues of over 200 people. I would gladly update this review if customer service improves. I waited to the following day then I saw I had selected an over head and wanted to change to check in, not sure how to do that. On my app I had ended up buying 2 reservations. Apparently you need to grab it quick during online check in but even that’s not intuitive and is often missed. After that you are SOL. You will need to go to the gate counter and request a hard copy. Besides that the app is clunky, slow and often needs refreshing to find anything. And then no way to retrieve again easily ### 1/5 — App payment glitches & missing info *2026-08-23* One of my issues is that I don’t like that I can’t view the invoice for my flight after payment. They don’t let you look at what you’ve paid for until you go to get your boarding pass on the day. Currently, I’m experiencing two days of error messages during the payment process. I was unable to add an additional credit card to use that different card. First you told me I had to pay a certain amount to change my flight. It built a card. Payment failed supposedly so on the next login it gave me a different price which was over $100 less. I paid that finally. Now it says I have a six dollar balance due but when I click to pay, it shows my balance is zero the app says you’ll get an email confirmation of purchasing a flight, but this does not occur. It says I have a balance due and when I click to pay, it says it is zero. The same things are happening on the website. When you go to get your boarding pass, it has a different boarding group then what appears in the Apple wallet. With my Velo flex plan I get priority boarding, but that doesn’t appear on the ticket! Lastly, when you call them on the phone to reach a human about these problems, you have to pay a $25 service fee to speak to a human!
