Maybe the worst product I’ve gotten into in my last 10 years…. ### 1/5 — Misleading information! Misinterpretation!!! Stay clear *2026-04-01, version 1.0.84* I called in to take advantage of the 100 months interest free apr. I asked the rep on the phone what does it mean on the first 1000 he stated 1000 at a time. He kept beating around the bush and stated we wont know until you apply. It’s not true your first 1000 is interest free the rest is at 18% be vary care this bank doesn’t have to be transparent as big banks. ### 1/5 — App Needs A Lot Of IMPROVEMENTS *2026-03-27, version 1.0.84* The application and all is a breeze the app on the other hand wasn’t. It’s very simple and that’s the problem. Example, on the notification setting, really there is only one setting. No options where or how to send notifications. I had two transactions and I didn’t receive any text or email about my cards activities. Have to scroll past ads and videos marketing home equity to see cc transactions. There is no way to connect to Quicken or to even download raw transactions to import to Quicken. Wound up downloading monthly and having ChatGPT convert to CSV. ### 1/5 — If you’re all electronic, support is key, and Aven is lagging *2025-09-19, version 1.0.80* I have been waiting so long for this line to be properly activated. There are things I can theoretically do to help, but I can’t submit docs to Aven without submitting a support request. When you reach out to support they email you instantly and say we got your message, please wait 1-2 days. Then you wait and wait. And wait.
