It’s crazy and frustrating how we have to pay extra $11 dollars for rent for service fee. Ridiculous. I want this fixed ASAP

Also impossible for me to verify my account mobilely. I have to do it on the computer.

Its difficult to register on the app and manage options. Moreover, the app charges you extra for making rent payments by debit or credit card.

You don’t have access to review your payment history on the app. Not to mention when you call Avenue living they are typically so rude… not very hospitable… they could do better in so many ways

There is no explanation for charges to accounts. 
There is no area to input a payment confirmation number when a payment is made.

As a Resident of Southridge in Edmonton. I find this app to be very useful to get things sorted out in a timely matter when you can’t reach anyone in the office. I haven’t been able to make a maintenance request but I’m sure it’s just as quick as the response to the emails for questions.
