Patient care team won’t add my phone number to my profile so I can not use this app. What is the point and why won’t they add my number to my profile?

App is only good sometimes. Periodically crashes and must be restarted, will not scan labels, and periodically loses the ability to choose service county.

This app is great when it works. I have had to delete the App after every client in order to do the next client. This is very time consuming when you have multiple clients waiting. Please fix this issue.
