Wenn man akut erkrankt ist, möchte man möglichst schnell einen Termin vereinbaren. Stattdessen wird man zunächst durch einen langen KI-gestützten Symptom-Check geführt. Das kostet Zeit und Kraft – beides hat man im Krankheitsfall oft nicht. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass dieser Prozess am Ende teilweise nicht einmal zu einer Terminbuchung führt. Man landet praktisch in einer Sackgasse und muss anschließend doch wieder andere Wege suchen. Eine App sollte den Zugang zur medizinischen Versorgung vereinfachen und nicht unnötig erschweren. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass man jederzeit die Möglichkeit hat, einen Termin direkt zu buchen, ohne zuvor den kompletten KI-Fragebogen durchlaufen zu müssen. Die KI kann gerne als optionales Angebot bestehen bleiben – sie sollte aber kein Hindernis sein, wenn man einfach nur zeitnah ärztliche Hilfe benötigt ### 5/5 — Super *2026-07-22* Ich benutze die App seit Jahren und gehe immer wieder zur gleichen Praxis in der Wallstr in Berlin. Alles klappt wunderbar und auch wenn man eine Frage hat, kommt die Antwort über die App sehr schnell. Ale Befunde kommen auch über die App. Sehr bequem;) ### 5/5 — Alles super *2026-07-06* Habe bisher kein Problem gehabt, ich vereinbare meine Termine immer auf der app. Reibungslos! ### 4/5 — Problem bei der Verifizierung *2026-06-12* Nach jedem Anmelden dauert es ewig bis ein Verifizierungscode versendet wird und dies hindert mich dann daran überhaupt in die App reinzukommen. Das Problem hatte ich nun schon mehrfach, manchmal kommt gar kein Code an (-> es liegt nicht an der Handy-Nr.). Ich hoffe, dass dieser Fehler bald behoben wird und man wartet leider immer ewig trotz Videocall-Termin. Otherwise, you cannot book any appointments. ### 5/5 — a modern GP surgery *2026-02-23, version 3.0.11* a very modern GP surgery for Germany (in Germany the most surgery still work with paper and telefax) ### 3/5 — Änderungsschneider bedarf *2026-01-28* Aktuell hakt es doch noch an diesem System. Das größte Problem ist, für alte Leute betreffend, das man niemanden erreichen kann. Man muss jedes Mal hinfahren um etwas zu klären, das ist sehr Zeit aufwendig und anstrengend. Das Personal ist sonst soweit nett und hilfsbereit. Aber es ist doch noch sehr viel Bedarf an Aktualisierungen. CAN SOMEONE REACH OUT TO ME AND FOLLOW UP ON THIS PROBLEM I HAVE? THERE IS NOTHING WRONG ON MY DEVICE, VERIFICATION SMS CODES FROM ANY OTHER SERVICES (BANK / CLOUD SERVICES / M365) ARE DELIVERED WITH NO PROBLEM! ### 1/5 — Total joke *2026-01-02, version 3.0.3* The app looks cool, but the doctors are a joke. The doctor was suddenly unavailable and cancelled the appointment last minute. The message was sent in German even though the app claims they speak English. They didn’t even try to reschedule. ### 5/5 — Praktische Abwicklung *2025-12-10* Ich kann die Kritik zu dieser App absolut nicht verstehen. Die Termin Buchung für die Kommunikation mit den Ärzten klappt tadellos. Früher musste man für die Blutwerte beim Arzt anrufen oder sogar hingehen.
