However since August last year has been impossible use it as appears details blocked from your security system , I am not sure why . I tried to download it several times . But still showing the same . Considering I am a gold member , still cannot use it on my personal phone . Plenty of seats were still available most together. After talking to agent they wouldn’t change it while seats were available I was told to “try” at the airport which leads to families having to pay to stay together when seats are readily available together.
