### 1/5 — Unreliable

*2025-02-07*

As previous users have noted, this app continually requires the user to delete and reinstall the app in order to utilize the features. Sadly it’s never been reliable for our company however they continue to use it?

### 1/5 — Terrible App

*2025-01-08, version 3.11.3*

This has to be the worst app on the market for business aviation. Constant issues with basic functions such as loading trips, showing schedule and inputting data. Save your sanity and USE ANY OTHER APP!!!

### 1/5 — No support - App is terrible

*2025-01-08, version 3.11.3*

The App is so hit and miss when it comes to signing in or syncing. It’s been like this for months and the company hasn’t done anything to fix it. You can’t even submit a problem through the app as it shows an error. I would avoid this company.

### 1/5 — SLOWLY getting better

*2025-01-07*

Still long way to go. When entering multiple expenses the app adds a day to the date. VERY frustrating! FIX THIS!!!!

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2024-12-19*

Use this app for my work schedule. It frequently does not update and requires deleting and reinstalling. Not got better in 6 years. Would give it 0 stars if that was an option.
If your company is considering Avianis, look elsewhere.

### 1/5 — Absolute rubbish

*2024-12-12*

Horrible. Unreliable, always syncing with no data pushed. Constantly having to “refresh app” to no avail.

Honest question: How can developers think this a useful tool for business aviation?

It is completely useless…

### 1/5 — Junk

*2024-12-11, version 3.11.3*

Frequently needs to be deleted and reinstalled.

### 1/5 — SLOWLY getting better

*2024-12-10*

Still long way to go. When entering multiple expenses the app adds a day to the date. VERY frustrating!

### 1/5 — The absolute worst

*2024-12-06*

There is no reason anyone should be using this app. As a pilot, I have to delete and re-install this app almost daily to be able to use it. It will stay in a constant state of “refresh” at times and will not load my trips, which is extremely frustrating when I have to fill out the trip information after every flight. It is very buggy and has awful delayed responses when I acknowledge my trips. My fellow employees all hate it and we wish our company would switch to a reliable and usable app. This is the most pathetic attempt at an app I have ever experienced. Nobody should support such a terrible product.

### 1/5 — Waist of time

*2024-09-07*

Is the worse app I ever use to see my schedule. It takes too much time to load and/or refresh. Freezes very often and have to close the app and then open it again.

### 1/5 — Junk

*2024-09-05*

The is the most horrible aviation app that exists.
God knows how many times it doesnt sync that you have to uninstall the app and reinstall it and still wont work. Just Trying to see my schedule .
Clearly they dont care about their product or customers

### 1/5 — Pilot

*2024-08-30*

This app is extremely unreliable. It constantly has issues and makes it very difficult to use effectively. It needs some serious attention to detail.

### 1/5 — Just not good

*2024-08-23*

One of the worst scheduling apps. Never works and glitches all the time. With all the money they get from companies they should have enough recourses to be able to make a well working app.

### 1/5 — Even the support needs support!

*2024-07-17, version 3.10.2*

Just tried to submit a comment via the apps support feature and received an error! 🤣 It’s so sad how badly this app functions, it’s comical at this point.

Update: tried to click the App Support button next to review on the App Store… went to a 404 page on Avianis.com 😡

### 1/5 — Worst app to ever exist

*2024-04-25*

As a pilot for a large company, this is the worst app that ever existed, it asks you to change your password 5 times a day. Every schedule update makes you wait forever to load. Too slow to load . Sometimes you have to delete the app and install again for it to work. Pure garbage

### 1/5 — Yep still junk…

*2024-04-12*

Not Pilot operationally friendly.. can’t tell you how many times I get a call from flight control that my weight and balance is missing or other data. It was not designed with a line pilot in mind. ForeFlight should take this over as they know how what pilots need. Each update gets worse. An absolute zero.

### 1/5 — How can it be so bad? And for so long?

*2024-03-31*

You guys realize how bad your app is, right? Between the incessant updates (that don’t help) and barely being functional, I just don’t get it. Now every time when I go to save an expense, the app just crashes as it’s saving it. So bad…. So very bad.

### 1/5 — One Star is One Star too many

*2024-02-01*

I'm an aviation manager, part of a large management company. Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars, so this app gets an underserved one start. I was using Netjet’s Waypoints app 15 years ago on a BlackBerry, and it worked great. I'm familiar with FOS, which has been working great for many years. Avianus made improvements to their app, which was basically unusable pre 2023. It was satisfactory in 2023 - still long waits for syncs, unusable offline. It got better and quicker until it quit working here in January, 2024. I have an iPhone 14, with the latest version, and login fails on the Avianus app. (login works on the web version). Aviianus are unable to find a solution. Here we are in 2024, and this company is unable to provide a functional scheduling app.

### 1/5 — SLOWLY getting better

*2023-12-18*

Landscape mode only available on iPhone, not iPad. Frequent crashes. Aggravating full log in after crash. The app remembers nothing.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2025-10-01, version 3.11.4*

Do not waste your time trying to get this app to work. It has not ever worked well and the developer does not care.

### 1/5 — Horrible app

*2025-08-12*

It’s still the worst app ever. The ever sinking sinc that ultimately means you have to delete the app and reinstall it. After a month of not using this app I come back and the first week back I have to delete it twice and reinstall it get it out of the everlasting sync.

### 1/5 — Unreliable

*2025-06-19*

I have to delete and reinstall the app at least once a week just to get basic functionality. Most common issue, the app will “sync” indefinitely.

### 1/5 — WAE (worst app ever)

*2025-05-10, version 3.11.4*

Stay away if you get mad about apps that don’t work.

### 1/5 — .5 stars

*2025-03-30, version 3.11.4*

Lots of updates, not much improvement. Why does the app rotate (portrait to landscape) on my iPhone but not my iPad?

### 1/5 — Developers need to be fired

*2025-03-29*

Every single update to this app breaks something new. I swear the developers never consider testing it or actually observe pilots use it to see where the development goes off the rails.

### 1/5 — I want so much to like it

*2025-03-25*

So this would be extremely useful if it worked. So many times I have to uninstall and reinstall to get past the perpetual "syncing" with the swirling icon.
Please fix this so it works and make our lives easier!!!

### 1/5 — Pilot

*2025-02-27, version 3.11.3*

The app never works! And the web version isn’t much better. Consider another software platform.

### 1/5 — Bad bad bad

*2025-02-26, version 3.11.3*

Constantly doesn’t sync. Not intuitive at all.

### 1/5 — Just not good

*2025-02-16*

One of the worst scheduling apps. Never works and glitches all the time. With all the money they get from companies they should have enough recourses to be able to make a well working app. You have to delete and reinstall all the time. It’s useless

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Don’t be a h8tr

*2023-07-02*

This is part of the Path To Profitably
As you can see we are well in our way to the BIG P
:-)

**Developer response:** Avianis has been acquired by Portside and the new team is evaluating the current pilot mobile app. The goal is to provide a reliable, easy to use pilot mobile app. The team is working on determine the best plan to move forward and deliver.

### 5/5 — Good way to collect data

*2021-07-26, version 2.2.0*

These flight logging apps are all challenging to build. Avianis has done a good job at making it usable,

Would love to see the option to stop and or restart sync manually, the auto sink is ok most of the time though.

The hard part is to see the data displayed after entry, looking forward to custom reports.

Would like to see a flight log and weight and balance report to meet 135 requirements.

Over all, very good job programmers!

### 5/5 — Nice app

*2019-04-05, version 1.104.7*

It’s a good app, not sure what everybody is complaining about!

### 5/5 — Yes!

*2018-06-18, version 1.103*

So glad this has hit the market. Really appreciate Avianis.

### 5/5 — Awesome app

*2018-04-19, version 1.103*

Really cool to manage flights!

### 4/5 — Lots of improvements!

*2025-04-25*

Thank you for addressing some of the issues previously reported!

### 4/5 — Getting Better

*2023-01-12, version 3.0.7*

Finally works on Android too, hooray for the small victories.

But the biggest thing killin’ me?? The splash screen fan disc turns the wrong way!!! Their turbine is running backwards…

### 2/5 — Yep still junk…

*2023-03-17*

Not Pilot operationally friendly.. can’t tell you how many times I get a call from flight control that my weight and balance is missing or other data. It was not designed with a line pilot in mind. ForeFlight should take this over as they know how what pilots need.

### 2/5 — Getting better

*2022-11-14, version 3.0.5*

Not an easy app to use because of various frustrating issues.
- Slow sync that interferes with making entries
- Only allows portrait orientation, making iPad with keyboard really hard
- Crashes

### 2/5 — From hot garbage to merely lukewarm garbage

*2022-10-21, version 3.0*

After over a half hour of syncing and a day of waiting after I’d given up, this version (3.0) finally started working.

That version 3.0 is literally the first usable version of this app should give you and indication of the quality. I still can’t see the aircraft schedule with it (only my own personal schedule), but they finally realized they need to store data for offline use because we often don’t have an internet connection.

Avianis overall does many things, and somehow manages to do every one of them poorly… But at least this version is finally usable. I’ll add a star for that.

Previous version review:
I had high hopes for being able to get notifications when I’m assigned to a flight or it changes. Alas, I can’t even launch the app on my iPhone X with iOS 12.3.1. I get a splash screen for several seconds and then it quits back out to the home screen. Update: The new version, released 6/25/2019, doesn’t even get to the splash screen. I get a blank white screen and then quits. :(
