Thank you for listening to pilot feedback and making the app reliable when we are on the road! ### 1/5 — Not much better than the old *2025-12-17* This app is only slightly better than the worst app I have ever used, the old Avianis. Our goal is to ensure the app is a reliable tool for your flight operations. ### 1/5 — Credit card selection *2025-11-28* The app itself is neat and more attractive then old app, but at least everything worked with the old app. The new one I can’t even select the credit card on the app and I used to be able to go to the old app and select the card but now the old app doesn’t work either so I can’t even put my expenses in and select a card. So to me as a crew, this app is useless since I have to login to a computer or have someone else with computer access put it all in. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback, smrowe. On the new app, the credit card selections do not all automatically display like the old app. You’ll need to type at least 3 characters to search for a card and hit enter to see the possible options. Card type, name, or last 4 digits are all searchable. For example, “VIS” would return all Visa cards. The app initial loading screen completes in under 7 seconds on average as of v0.8.0 and much faster when only refreshing data. Get the Duty On/Off back as a top level selection. Used every day, twice a day, but you have to create an event and make multiple entries to duty on. Poor execution. *2025-11-10* Avianis is such a great idea. As a flight crew member, the main thing I need to see is my schedule. The app does a complete re-reload on every startup and seems to load every single piece of data from scratch. The app randomly logs out and requires a new login. It takes a long time to load up, and often freezes completely. Feedback to the developers, please save the schedule in memory and load that immediately, while loading the other data in the background. Crew are using this app to load out off on in times, and duty times, at the end of flights, and need to it quickly. Please continue to enhance this app and it will be great. **Developer response:** Thanks for your support, Captain Azza. The app reloads when connected to wifi or cellular data to ensure that your schedule data remains up to date. It is only loading data that changed since it was last opened, but if it has been awhile or your schedule has many changes this can take a moment. We have made some loading optimizations on Nov 6th and are continuing to make improvements. As of today, 80% of schedule loads are less than 10 seconds. The session expiration (and needing to log back in) was a bug that was fixed on Nov 7th. Used a lot of apps. This one is not good, and that’s being polite. Every day I use it, is another day I hate it. Incomplete data, failure to load all the web content and my trips, erroneous “no network” banner, endless spinning progress wheel. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. The app may be used in offline mode but the schedule information must be downloaded when on wifi or with cellular data first. Many users currently use this feature successfully today.
