Can we make the station ID flash by color instead of the present weather? Secondly, the app is a little “crashy” when attempting to add stations. We recently had an issue due to NOAA changing their back-end for supplying weather data. It was now fixed in version 1.2.2 and is fully working! Used this for 3 months with no issues. This app is a perfect companion to ForeFlight, at a quick glance I can see the status of all my local airports. There are two areas I wish could be improved: 1) when I open the app from the widget, go to the list of airports, not the METAR for the airport that is displayed. And 2) remember the previously selected units in the conversion section. Every time I close the app, it reverts back to “Kevin” instead of remembering that I had previously selected “Fahrenheit”. It adds an extra step that shouldn’t be needed. ### 1/5 — Flat-out doesn’t work *2023-02-19* Blank screen, no error. This was caused by a change in the data format returned from the NWS. We have released a new version (1.2.4) which solves this. Please update to that version. Sorry for the inconvenience and hope you enjoy the app! ### 1/5 — Does Not Work Anymore *2023-11-05* This was my favorite weather app, but now it closes as soon as I try to search another airport. 😭 I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting my phone…nothing works. App is great. So glad the functionality is back. Thanks for the work. Tried to email developer, but no working email. Commented the last time it broke and it got fixed then. Please update - and apologies for the outage! ### 5/5 — Great App But… *2024-05-28* This App runs really good overall however I primarily got it to put Widgets on my Home And Lock Screen at a glance to better understand ATIS raw information. I was really hoping I was able to put it on my Lock Screen so I can see the METAR at a glance however I’m unable to put the widget on the Lock Screen. Please add the ability to put Widgets on the Lock Screen instead of just the home. **Developer response:** Great idea to add support for lock screen widgets. Fantastic app. *2023-10-28* App was recently updated. Operates as it should and provides all the relevant information appropriately. Great for quick glance and research. Below is original post, with newest update after notifying app developer all was fixed. Took only 3 days. App and widget fail to load. Just crash. This app is very accurate, helpful, and easy to operate while being free! There are NOTAM reports and ATIS is updated at you will and every 20 mins.
