I can’t find where to contact support but I’m missing a lot of mandatory surveys bc the app crashes every time i open it. Please!

This app needs a major overhaul. It constantly crashes. I cannot complete the research question timely due to this, very frustrating overall.

I loaded Ethica Data to participate in a bike study. I replied to their invitation to load and register. Loaded the app but it only showed the splash screen before reducing back to it’s brain icon.

Researchers should avoid this app at all costs. The developers have lied to me multiple times and strung me along on when critical bugs would be fixed. They clearly do not value their customers time and had I gone through with payments as they wanted me to I would have had my money stolen from me. STEER CLEAR!
