Won’t allow me to sign in via mobile nor on computer. Says in red that there’s a sign-in error and something is wrong with your system at the moment. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Do not waste your money on avidplay *2023-12-08* Due to a glitch in Avids server my album got taken down, 4 months after they finally put it back up but I LOST ALL MY EARNINGS and algorithm stats….back to square one. ALL MY HARD WORK WAS LOST DUE TO A “GLITCH” ### 1/5 — Potentially the worst app ever made *2023-11-08* This app is awful and glitchy. Truly a disappointment ### 1/5 — Absolutely terrible app *2023-04-29* No support, it takes months to respond I guess it matter of time for independent artists will move their digital distribution elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Interface on Mobile and Desktop is not Usable!!! *2023-03-24* I would expect Pro Tools and Avid, “The industry leading music software”, to have a least some sort of useable interface for uploading and releasing music to all major streaming platforms like any other music distributor I have used before. EVEN FREE ONES. I know they have money because they’re products are expensive, so they can at least hire UX/UI designers to make a simple easy-to-use application for independent artists uploading their art. They need to fix this quickly, or many of us will start using other music distributors and NEVER COME BACK. The app is laggy, buggy, slow and randomly stops working all of a sudden. I don’t recommend avid for music distributors thus far, however, I plan to hang around for a little bit longer until I make a decision. ### 1/5 — Man listen *2023-02-22, version 2020.06.1* Everything that could be wrong with it is wrong. Stay away. Can we please be professional about a professional software, Thanks! Also, not a good look for you all messing with peoples distribution services that can have a direct legal implication on your company, could potentially be false advertisement and we see how that goes with companies who have been sued after lying to bring in new customers. It’s 2024 let’s not go back to early 2000s pyramid schemes, plus attorneys are willing to fly pro bono for these types of things these days! You all can do so much better Oh and since you updated the apps version and code and didn’t update the stores information that is also a legal issue…. People are watching and paying attention to these things!
