I downloaded the app after purchasing a audio program. It asks you to sign it but you never created an account. So off course you get an error message. Still waiting to hear back even though it says someone will get back to you .

Downloaded it ask me to
Sign in , strange .  Doesn’t give me
An option to create a login account but wants me to sign in ... and if I ever had this account it don’t ask for me to retrieve a new password .  
Something so wrong ...
