I have been on a couple days with a trainer that advertised a 6 week boot camp the app is not user friendly there is no direct connection that I see to the trainer I get alerts that the trainer is communicating but no where do I see actually threads I did my check in and cannot find my pic and measurements I will continue my workouts but I think when this 6 weeks is over and this same experience has continued I’ll be cancelling this service I was so motivated but this is too frustrating and should not be the case one star because I have to do that to upload this comment

I love the workouts on this app how you can track every workout down to the minutes. I love how you can also alternate certain workout if you have restrictions. I love how you can also record yourself and send it to your coach for feedback on your form.

I paid $49(make sure to read any cancellations are effective after 1 month) which is whatever. all I get is a picture of the trainer whose link I clicked and some jacked up videos of random people I thought would be the trainer. When I inbox the trainer through the app it’s automated. Why are people advertising the link(youtube trainer) to a busted app?

I really want to give this app a better rating as it has been really helpful and I love my coach! That being said, I cannot access chat with my coach ever, without having to delete the app and reinstall it EVERY single time. I have powered my phone off and on, it is up-to-date, as is the app. This just will not fix! Can’t even read the newsfeed ever as it just shuts down the whole app every time! I have an iPhone 13 PM. I don’t see a place to even contact an admin of the app for help. It’s disappointing.

They only let you pause your subscription. I tried messaging my coach Julie about cancelling and she isn’t responding. The billing date is coming up and i can’t cancel and I’m afraid to pause because what if that causes me to lose access to messages and then i really can’t cancel? Messed up.

The app has so many glitches, errors, and issues. It’s completely unusable. The nutrition calculator is trash - gives you way too many calories and will give you a recipe for a sandwich with 3.5 pieces of bread. The feed section where you interact with your trainer is completely useless. It didn’t load the trainers posts for over a week and backloaded them. There’s no way to privately msg your trainer, and you cannot reply to direct comments in a thread. Additionally, the trainer never replied. I have her the benefit of the doubt since so much content never showed up. Also the app is impossible to figure out how to cancel. I hate this app.

The App itself is great but there are bugs in it. You can’t record your weights sessions which means you have to log workouts manually to try and track progress.  Also, some of the sessions just close down when you are still doing it.  Very frustrating for what, otherwise, is actually a good setup.
