Infuriating when you are trying to pull up your information but can’t even get logged in. Face ID? Forgets that too. The main transaction view doesn’t tell the source. When you return from the detail of a transaction, you are taken back to the top of the list. They are still pharmacies ... they should fulfill all requirements and payments should not be denied. The drugs are the same as if purchased in America ... ### 1/5 — What???? *2019-09-10* I recently signed up for an AvidiaHealth account and downloaded this app. It is amazingly difficult and unintuitive to use. For example, I’m trying to make a deposit into my HSA account from my checking account, and have spent over an hour trying to find a way on both this app and the AvidiaHealth website — no luck. The only thing I can find — and it’s quite obscure — is a form I can fill out and send VIA SNAIL MAIL along with a paper check. C’mon, let’s enter the 21st century, folks. Similarly, the app informs me that I need to validate my account, yet gives no instructions on how to do so. Huh? The app really needs work if it’s to be a useful tool. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2019-07-03* Does not work at all. Crashes every time I try to sign in.
