Whenever I use it to unlock a door, it then opens my Apple Wallet, which is totally unnecessary. Hopefully they fix that. ### 2/5 — Watch app does not give access when tapping in the notification and needs favourites *2026-06-19, version 3.5.2* When you receive a notification on the watch when you’re close to a door, it shows the notification which says tap to unlock but when you tap, it does nothing. It just takes you to the list of all the doors in the building and then you have to find the door you are at within that long list. The app is pretty much usless. For public doors it works 5 out of 5, for door in my apartment it DOESN’T work at all. I tried different technics, and then I fed up and start taking my keys with me. Which I of course use for public doors as well, so this app doesn’t make sense on my phone. The guest pass only rarely. When something will not open, you get the option to “send feedback” which does literally nothing. This means I have to cancel an Apple Pay attempt to transact every time I open a door, interrupting whatever I was doing on my device.
