This app is now useless if you want to book a for a travel package which is very disappointing. Rendering it useless. The recent update has made navigation this app liquid smooth and a pleasure to use. Stick to one format and perfect it: less problems that way. This new version is awesome. ### 5/5 — Quality you can count on *2026-05-28, version 4.59* Great rewards program with a simple, easy-to-use experience. The team genuinely cares about getting it right for members. ### 3/5 — Need favorite stores *2026-04-27, version 4.56* Their cash back rates are hard to find. To many clicks in between, not like Rakuten where it’s right when you log in. I would suggest having a favorites section where all your favorite stores and their cash back rates are displayed up top. When your estore has 100+ stores nobody wants to scroll for minutes each day to check the rates because we are also checking aeroplan store, WestJet store, scene store and Rakuten store. Even e-gift cards take multiple days to finally be received- and physical cards… forget about it!!! Give yourself 2 weeks (at least) for any physical cards/ item order as these guys will move at a glacial pace to fulfill anything you want. ### 2/5 — Still doesn’t allow login through the RBC app. *2026-04-28, version 4.56* After numerous tries to login through the RBC app typing in the CORRECT password it still wouldn’t allow login. Tried it through the RBC website and it worked for a bit and then kicked me off both sites. ### 2/5 — Never works *2026-03-07, version 4.52* Terrible. I’ve never used an app that had so many glitches and only works 20% of the time.
