At long last. An really easy to use Avis app. Great that existing damage is now also recorded on the app, but what if one finds something else? Thank you.
Poor remote customer service
The app always has errors when attempting to enquiry or provide feedback with try later but when it works the customer service behind doesn't match up. Uncertain if feedback is even received as any enquires are not even acknowledged and calling is always 30 min waiting time.
