While it gets the job done for checking my bill and making payments, there’s definitely room for improvement. The interface feels a bit outdated and sometimes it’s hard to find the information I need quickly. There are occasional glitches — especially when trying to view detailed usage history — and loading times can be slow at times. Notifications are also hit or miss, and I’ve had a couple of billing reminders come in late. On the positive side, it’s convenient to manage my account on the go, and the payment process is smooth when the app is working properly. Still showing an old address as my entry point despite the account being closed months ago. Kind of ridiculous if you think of a single mom needing to pay a bill before it goes late then she couldn’t cause the app just gives her an error attempting to sign in. Horrible reliability and possibly a tactic to increase late payments ### 1/5 — Worst customer service *2025-08-11, version 4.1.0* I have called inquiring why my bill is outrageously large. They keep blaming me. I am sharing that I don’t even live in the house. So for it to be so expensive makes absolutely no sense. They went through and shared that I used electricity. My point is the electricity disproportionate to the usage. To work from home and not use heat, the bill should not be $500 dollars. It’s too expensive and not what the estimated costs they provided before buying the home. Their high month stated $130… it is no where close. I have asked for assistance to help figure out what is pulling so much electricity? They will not help. So I have no choice but to sell the home. And rent. Why waist $$$ on electricity when it could go to rent.
