Grey normally means not available/selectable to me ### 3/5 — Needs to remember your login *2026-05-12* Most good apps nowadays don’t need to you manually log in every time you go to use them. This one does, and also doesn’t feel particularly well designed to find what you’re looking for in the app - I just had a consultation but couldn’t find where to have the consultation in the app, until it magically appeared in a blank space on the main screen… **Developer response:** Hi Edmund - Thanks for taking the time to share this – it’s really helpful. Having to log in each time and then not being able to easily find where to join isn’t a smooth experience, and we can see why that’s frustrating. Keep putting my details in and saving them. Click proceed. It returns to the medical profile page. Won’t take me to a Home Screen or side buttons don’t appear. I need to book an appointment before Christmas and it’s just not loading any details. ### 1/5 — Pathetic by all accounts *2024-11-17* Pathetic app, barely functional with a horrible user interface. Employees are generally rude and unhelpful, and quick to rush you on. Virtual GP appointment timings are few and far between, and usually with atleast a day’s delay. Much better virtual GP providers to be found. Alongside a terrible “medical” company policy with a maximum of two weeks for ALL fitnotes, no matter the cause.
