It’s not helpful for it to open a webpage- if I had wanted to look at my policies I would have gone there myself. Now can’t see my health report as can’t actually get on to the app. Would be even more frustrating if I was trying to use it to contact a healthcare professional! And yes I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Maybe the developers could try actually fixing what is clearly a common fault? ### 1/5 — Log in but no access to the app *2025-11-13, version 4.4.0* This app is very faulty. I have tried many time to log in and it only opens a website with no app access. Did the email mean DigitalGP app? No , tried that too. Honestly this Digicare+ app feels like a version 1 from 10 years ago I using it. ### 1/5 — Broken app *2025-10-25, version 4.4.0* Sadly the app doesn’t work on latest iOS with iPhone 17 pro max. You are redirected to login on the website, login then the website remains and doesn’t redirect you back into the app logged in, as it used too. No way of logging into it. Deleting the app and reinstalling doesn't help. When contacting the help team, they requested details about which app is installed (ie digicare+, OS, policy details etc but then reply by unhelpfully asking me to check which app i have installed. That's the only page it will open to, and I've completed the profiles so now what?
