Unfortunately when you attempt log in with the correct credentials the app goes through the registration process instead. Maybe it’s due to the recent IOS update 🥴 App still not working even after deleting the app and performing a clean installation . I can still access my account online through a web browser. I contacted the live chat link I was provided after calling an 0800 number, who told me not much of the app works yet. I asked what it could do? I was advised they couldn’t tell me as they only deal with log on queries. Waste of my time.
