It also shows the combined balance of them. The MyWorkplace app doesn’t do any of this. You have to go into them individually to see what the balances are and then add them up to get your combined balance. Not very well thought out (did you even think about it!?). Delete and use the MyAviva app instead. Deleted and downloaded app again and still doesn’t work. Spoke to customer care and they basically didn’t care. Unfortunately when you attempt log in with the correct credentials the app goes through the registration process instead. Maybe it’s due to the recent IOS update 🥴 App still not working even after deleting the app and performing a clean installation . I can still access my account online through a web browser. The app is useless. I’ve mentioned this before and was told to delete and reinstall the app which I’ve done. Up to date new iPhone and iPad but it still does this on both devices so clearly an app issue. I downloaded the app logged on successfully but was informed that I have no relevant products. I contacted the live chat link I was provided after calling an 0800 number, who told me not much of the app works yet. I asked what it could do? I was advised they couldn’t tell me as they only deal with log on queries. Waste of my time. Seems basically indistinguishable from the MyAviva app, which I already have. The UI is still pretty clunky, I guess because it’s still dipping into legacy systems. ### 3/5 — Not as good as others! *2022-07-12* My workplace pension was previously with standard life and their app showed up to date trends of my pension pot value and each investment individually. It was helpful to be able to see which investments were suffering and which were making gains. The Aviva app just gives a total pot value and a % and value for each individual investment. There is no simple way of looking at historic values or the general trend. Come on Aviva, you convinced me to move my pot to you, but your app is lagging behind the competition!
