I thought the mental health might be useful but even tho it says you get it, you are taken to a form and told you don’t qualify even though how do they know from a few basic questions what anyone is really going through? So that was non existent…. They should at least talk to you and refer you if they really think they can’t help, then rejecting you outright. Fitness plan is a standard guide they send everyone.. you could find them online for free I’m sure….
