Literally cannot launch the app, just tells me authentication details not provided and freezes

Used previously, but won’t let me create an account with my work email as says it already exists but then when I go log in or “forget password” I never get an email to reset it, same problem with both my work emails. My other personal account says it’s locked as I didn’t verify my email but I never got one. No support function to try ask for help

I have Aviva healthcare through my work and separately have my car insurance through you.

I was given an invite code to register from my work and it doesn’t work at all and won’t register me despite their being nothing wrong with my details or the invite code.

I couldn’t log in without the application just shutting down and when I try to report a problem the app opens and asks for a log in then crashes.
The developers got me to delete and reload and it was resolved.

This used to be quite motivating but it’s become stale. The rewards have diminished over time to become pointless for points. I wonder if is being run down deliberately

Hi I have the my aviva well-being app, but it is now saying I have to update it, every time i select the app it says there is a newer version, tried searching but it still defaults to this one
