### 1/5 — Full ride price cancelation fee even cancelled hours prior the scheduled and NO driver assigned

I scheduled a ride for 5pm, cancelled it around 1pm, there was no driver assigned to pick me up and they charged me the full price $33 as fee. This is beyond ridiculous, zero stars

I was charged for a ride that was 45 minutes late a year ago. I decided to try one more time to support a local company and will be sure to recommend to anyone I know to NOT use this company. 

They communicate so sleazy. I canceled a ride today because I accidentally scheduled it for an incorrect time. They charged my the totally price with an hour notice and within 5 minutes of scheduling my ride. 

They happily agreed to cancel my ride with no communication of a full charge. And the. repeated over and over that they did what I asked and wouldn’t acknowledge the charge until I repeated it 5 times that I was disappointed. 

The phone people are rude every time I talk to them.

I’ve used this service 10 times in the 3 months I’ve been without a vehicle to get to work an suddenly today I’m out of the service area?!!? 

Plus, they’re SOOO much pricier than Lyft or Uber. Save your money.

I booked a taxi, waited 15 minutes and it was cancelled. When I called in after waiting another 5 minutes I was told simply “I had to cancel your order because I have people ahead of you” I asked if id have to resubmit a request and she replied “yes but ill have to cancel it to but feel free to put in your queue.”

I ride everyday to Asheville Comprehensive and back home and I always have the best service! I literally do not have one single complaint! Jon T. , Richard, Vitor, and Jonathon are my most favorite drivers! Thank you for excellent & quick service!!

I’m 14 and my parents are always at work and I want to get out of the house they said I could take Uber if I pay for it but turns out Uber doesn’t take minors so do you pick up minors?
