Am meisten ist die schlecht zu dosierende Lautstärkeregelung zu bemängeln. Das machten Tidal und Spotify und auch Wettbewerber wie z.B. Cambridge Audio deutlich besser. Da kann man die Lautstärketasten des Handys benutzen. Eine große Verbesserung mit einer komplett überarbeiteten App ist schon sehr lang versprochen aber leider ist es bisher dabei geblieben. Bei Geräten dieser Preisklasse und dieses exzellenten Klangs erwarte ich wenigstens eine Bedienbarkeit, die mindestens gleichwertig zum deutlich günstigeren Wettbewerb ist. ### 4/5 — Stabile und performative App *2026-05-30, version 1.0.117* Die Version 1.0.117 läuft auf iPhone 13 mini mit aktuellen iOS sehr stabil und performant ohne Probleme. Der Umfang der Funktionen ist hoch und benutzerfreundlich umgesetzt. Die App steuert den SD 6.2 mit allen Funktionen sehr übersichtlich. Auch praktisch ist die minimale steuerleiste zur laufenden Wiedergabe wenn man im Menü unterwegs ist. Auch der reload beim zurück wechseln zur laufenden App klappt sehr schnell. ### 5/5 — Tolle App *2026-03-28, version 1.0.117* Die App ist prima gemacht, stürzt nicht ab und die Lautstärke läßt sich fein dosieren. Auch ist alles gut zu finden , die Titel sind schön dargestellt. Ich finde, dass es besser nicht geht… ### 2/5 — App mit Streamingproblemen *2026-02-15, version 1.0.117* Bei der Verwendung der App gibt es bei der Verwendung von Streamingdiensten sehr oft Probleme, dass die App sich aufhängt. Um das Problem zu beheben, muss die App deinstalliert und wieder neu geladen werde. Dieses passiert willkürlich ohne erkennbaren Grund. Wenn man dazu gezwungen wird diese App für die Verwendung eines 16.000 Euro teuren Gerätes zu verwenden, welche so unzuverlässig ist, ist das schon frustrierend. ### 1/5 — Schlechte App für teures Gerät *2025-05-07, version 1.0.102* Stürzt ständig ab - absolut unzuverlässig. Sehr ärgerlich! Wenn ich das vorher gewusst hätte, hätte ich nicht das echt teure Gerät gekauft. Können Sie endlich mal eine überarbeitete Version herausbringen?! ### 1/5 — Verbesserungsbedürftig *2025-04-24, version 1.0.102* Die App hat so viele Bugs und das letzte Update war vor einem Jahr? Unglaublich! Wieso gehen plötzlich einige Playlisten auf TIDAL nicht mehr, Fehler „exception“ ? ### 4/5 — Funktional.. *2025-03-01, version 1.0.102* Eigentlich alles was man so braucht. Gefährlich ist nur der Lautstärkeregler, da kommt es leicht vor, dass es etwas zu schnell zu laut wird. Schön wäre noch, wenn man die Einschalt-Lautstärke auf 15 oder 20 reduzieren könnte, 50 ist am frühen Morgen etwas zu viel für mich ;-) ### 3/5 — App verbindet sich ständig neu und verliert dabei die Position *2024-03-02, version 1.0.102* Schade, die App funktioniert leider nicht so reibungslos wie erhofft. Meine erste Support-Anfrage bei AVM (zu einer Geräteeinstellung) wurde schnell und kompotent beantwortet. Bzgl. Hilfe zur App war das leider nicht der Fall. Die erste Rückmeldung kam zwar zeitnah, echte Hilfe und eine Verbesserung konnte mir der verantwortliche Mitarbeiter aber leider nicht anbieten. Seitdem Funkstille. Schade. Die erste Freude über die Erreichbarkeit eines deutschen Unternehmens ist verflogen… ### 1/5 — Kein Musikgenuss möglich *2024-02-27, version 1.0.102* Neben der umständlichen Bedienung hängt sich die App teilweise im Minutentakt auf - suchen und auswählen von Musik ist kaum möglich. Im Zusammenhang des Kaufs der Hardware von AVM und der damit verbundenen Investition maximal unbefriedigend. ### 2/5 — Gut gemeint … *2024-01-12, version 1.0.102* ist nicht immer gleich gut gemacht! Da man mangels beiligender bzw. erschwinglich zukaufbarer Fernbedienung (AVM CS 2.3) fast zwingend auf diese App angewiesen ist, wirkt diese insgesamt zu unausgereift und instabil, was sich unter anderem darin äußert, dass es bei der App: – zu ständigen Verbindungsabbrüchen und Neuinitialisierungen kommt – aufgerufene Internetradiosender und Streamingdienste plötzlich und willkürlich beendet werden Positiv nach dem letzten Update ist der Umstand zu bewerten, dass die Lautstärke beim verstellen nun auch als Zahlenwert angezeigt wird. AVM bitte dringend nachbessern!
