## What is AVM?

Live a vegetarian life in all simplicity thanks to the Montreal Vegetarian Association (MVA). Discover new recipes developed by our community, the influencers of the Quebec vegetarian movement or the vegan businesses in your neighbourhood.

BUSINESS DIRECTORY
The MVA has transformed its famous paper directory into a digital format. Easier to maintain and more environmentally friendly, it contains the vast majority of vegetarian, vegan and vegan businesses in Quebec.

VEGAN LIFESTYLE
Find all of MVA's web content at your fingertips: recipes, news, job offers from our partners & volunteering opportunities. It is developed by our passionate team of volunteers who are committed to promoting veganism across Canada.

MEMBERSHIP CARD
Your membership card is now fully virtual. Activating it gives you instant access to all exclusive discount codes.

ABOUT THE AVM
The MVA promotes and encourages a change in society for the protection of animals, health and the preservation of the environment through a diet that is as vegetal as possible. Founded in 2005, it is composed entirely of volunteers and its governance is ensured by a Board of Directors, also entirely voluntary.
