Frustrated, tired and disappointed

The app used my location that was and I made my order to that location for pickup, when it came time to pickup my order I thought the app sent my order to the closest location but when I went there the workers said that the order was made to another location. So I had to travel for 40min plus just to get my order. Once I got my order the food did not meet my expectations, there was no spice rather the food was super bland. I had ordered the spicy chicken bowl. My order was stuffed with greens and hardly had any protein. I also did not like how they didn’t have Apple Pay. This whole experience was very annoying and inconvenient.
