## What is Avocado Watch?

THE PROBLEM

You bought an avocado. It was hard as a river stone, so you waited. You waited with discipline. You waited exactly one day too long.

An avocado is perfectly ripe for roughly nine minutes, and you are asleep for all of them.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Photograph your avocado.
2. On-device color analysis estimates its ripeness window.
3. We schedule three increasingly desperate alarms around peak ripeness.
4. You eat a perfect avocado, possibly for the first time in your life.
