This app is terribly designed and coding of the app. yet they want to charge you to talk to anyone. PinaLove and ThaiFriendly are way better

I don’t know how to rate this app yet. I paid for my account to be upgraded. Received the email saying I upgraded, the money was taken out of my account, but my profile is still standard. And now I can not get ahold of anyone to get it resolved
