In the meantime, you can add tasks directly in the app if you'd like to set up a 7th day of exercises yourself. After completing the onboarding, I was given calorie and protein targets, but I couldn’t actually access a structured workout program or meal plan. I clicked through every section of the app (meaning one screen and one screen only, no sidebars), and never found the detailed personalized plan that was advertised. I don’t even see a settings menu. I’m paying THEM to essentially provide my itinerary with progress pictures. This has no benefit to me. Why would I pay an app to log what I do everyday and nothing else provided? 😂 The app mainly consists of checking off daily habits like workouts, sleep, calories, protein, and water intake. What really confused me was that many of these habits have a camera button next to them. Why would I want to take a photo to show I drank 2.6 liters of water or reached my daily protein goal? It adds extra steps without providing any obvious value or explanation. Again, I could track this on pen and paper and just take daily progress pics on my phone. Don’t let their “AI” wording fool you. It feels like an abandoned app from 15 years ago. They’ve provided no additional resources or plans. Again, paying them to offer nothing. For a paid subscription, I expected: * A structured workout program with exercises, sets, and progression. * A personalized meal plan. * Coaching beyond simply tracking daily habits. * A more intuitive interface where the promised features are easy to find. Right now, it feels like I paid for a habit tracker with reminders rather than a personalized fitness app. If the detailed coaching features exist, they should be much easier to access. This does nothing and helps with nothing. Do not spend on this worthless app. It only gives you the information YOU ENTER INTO IT.
