Simple to use, uses AI to track your meal and also it can determine the calories of the food by just a picture! Highly recommend this app!

The daily water intake feature and scanning calories from food tracking are such a nice features. Also the meditation is a nice bonus on top!

This app allows me to keep track of my clients food logs and makes my life so easy! I get a weekly report of my clients food intake and workouts and have to spend less time during my assessments! Also my clients love the continual support they feel on the app during their health journey. Could not recommend it enough!

This app has all the features that one would need regardless if they are completely new to the gym or a professional body builder. I really enjoy using the AI chat bot to help make me specific workouts that are completely personalized for my body and my program
