You can stream a video from your pc while also browsing your pc remotely. It's works like 2 apps multitasking. Thank you very much... ### 5/5 — Love it to stream video from desktop to my ipad *2013-02-27, version 1.12* I used to use vncstreamer for streaming videos to my ipad. But it needs format conversion, and usually I need to wait for some time. And there are certain video formats that are not supported by vncstreamer. But this app has eliminated all that work and time. I can play any videos that are supported by my desktop! No conversion required. I especially like that they use a pop window to play videos on ipad, yet prevent it from showing on desktop monitor. And the Remote Desktop control is quite smooth too. (The experience is possible because of my fast network connection though ). Meanwhile, you are able to stream flash videos open in our desktop browser, and it is way better than any other apps in the store that relays the flash content via a server.. You're normal stirring on the iPad, then unexpectedly you can't click on anything. You can only move the mouse cursor, but does not work. And on the computer screen is as if you were dragging an object, but on the iPad it doesn't appear nor can you stop doing that. Can only stop when you will move directly into the computer. - Tem um erro chato que sempre acontece. Você tá mexendo normal no iPad, aí do nada você não consegue mais clicar em alguma coisa. Você só consegue mexer o cursor do mouse, mas não funciona o clique. E na tela do computador fica como se você tivesse arrastando um objeto, mas no iPad isso não aparece nem você consegue parar de fazer isso. Só consegue parar quando você vai mexer diretamente no computador. ### 5/5 — Surprised, but in a nice way. *2013-02-15* Used to use Splashtop to remotely control my computers. However since it was updated to Splashtop 2, I have to pay a monthly fee for accessing my computer over the internet which was free before. Tried AVSreamerHD today and found it is as good as Splashtop 2 as far as remote control is concerned, and to remotely access my computers over the internet, it is free. I am suprised, but in a nice way :) ### 5/5 — Stopped working after update *2013-01-30, version 1.10* It was one of best apps ever. I can access my computer even when i am on vacation. The speed is amazing. ### 5/5 — WOW!! *2012-12-24* I was coming in with low expectations, but the results have been impressive!! I've only tested out with connecting to my laptop and Win 7, and I can play my AVI video files with no lag and no issues. Nice!! The other thing is using my XBMC. It started it up and played anything from Navi-X with no issues. The quality that I saw on my ipad 4 is only a reflection of the video streamed from Navi-X, but it's acceptable. I'm so impressed. My next test will be to access my laptop when I'm away from home. Since then it has worked about 2% of the time. Constant frustration with the can't connect variety of errors. Wish there was some type of update or fix to the multitude of connection issues. ### 1/5 — Useless *2013-06-24, version 1.12* It is working but Can't watch any video on the iPad. I am able to control the computer via iPad and when i play a movie it shows on the computer but a blank and dark screen on the iPad. Only works when macbook pro is open if you close the mac it will not run despite double checking my energy saving settings. I've tried a few others, some asking for monthly fees. This app has smooth streaming of desktop between my home and work. Keyboard and mouse layout can be customised on the ipad. Changing between multi monitors is easy with swipe gestures. Don't use video steaming much but it works as expected. Then use your iPad as your pc, ok it's never going to be on the same level, speed and ease of use as your core i7 dell is. But it is amazing for portability and made for the user that would rather type on their iPads than with a laptop that weighs as much as their car. You have access to anything on your PC, no bugs found yet! Get this app, plus it creeps my partner out when she sees the laptop type by itself, take control of the webcam or and shut itself down (and everything else that you can do). For the cost, it's a bargain.
